Asphaltic Concrete Mix
We offer four different type of asphalt concrete mixes:
Type 2 Mix
- Top Size Stone - 19mm
- Granular Texture
- Suited For Heavy Load Areas
- Pavement Thickness - Minimum 50mm
Overlay Mix (4B)
This mix has a top size stone of 16mm (5/8”) and allows for good stability. It is suitable for pavements with a thickness of at least 37.5mm (1.5”), and is commonly used as the wearing surface of most main roads.

- Pavement Thickness - Minimum 37.5mm
Regulation Mix (4A)
This is finer than the Type 2 and Overlay mixes. Its top size stone is 12.5mm (1/2”) and can be used on pavements that are at least 25mm (1”) thick. We use this mix for parking areas and residential driveways, or to regulate undulating surfaces before the final pavement.

Tennis Court Mix
This is the finest of all four mixes, with a top size stone of 9.5mm (3/8”). As the name suggests, it is mostly used for constructing tennis and basketball courts and areas trafficked by human feet.
